Rapidly and precisely working microflow titrations in the microscale are suitable to follow enzyme catalyzed reactions producing ammonia and carbon dioxide. Ammonia and carbon dioxide were separated from the reaction zone by gas dialysis. Highly precise and accurate determinations of urea, glutamine, glutamate, asparagine, carbon dioxide and ammonia were implemented.
