Abstract

The traditional material procurement model adopts the principle of obtaining local optimal for pricing. The model results differ greatly from the realistic factors, which weakens the willingness of suppliers to cooperate. Aiming at the above problems, a multi-index pricing model of emergency material procurement based on constraint theory was constructed. According to the constraint theory, this paper analyzes the procurement process of emergency supplies and determines the bottleneck factors of procurement pricing. On the basis of the coordination of the material purchasing strategy mechanism, the framework of the pricing model is completed from the perspective of maximizing the benefits of both the supplier and the purchaser. Through the simulation experiment, it is verified that the model can maximize the interests of both parties and effectively ensure the procurement efficiency of emergency supplies.
