Must scleroderma, a factor of Barrett’s esophagus, be considered as a precancerous lesion?

Scleroderma is a disease of unknown etiology characterized by induration of the skin, fibrous replacement of smooth muscle of internal organs, and progressive loss of visceral and cutaneous function.
