Projeto SAL - Manual de boas pr��ticas

This document aims to make known the results of the actions carried out with the students, as well as lessons learned and good practices to be adopted in the SAL - Environmental Seed scale-up, to other schools in the Municipality of Idanha-a-Nova. SAL - Semente Ambiental (Environmental Seed) was a pilot project in the Idanha-a-Nova region as part of the Environmental Fund's support for environmental awareness-raising, namely under the National Environmental Education Strategy 2020 - Sustainable production and consumption. It aimed to raise awareness and promote changes in food consumption among the population. These objectives would have to be achieved by sharing knowledge about the importance of more sustainable production and consumption practices in the school community. How? Through information, awareness, training and active participation, from the place of production to the place of consumption, in order to encourage more informed choices and consequently promote changes in consumption habits and more sustainable behaviour.
