Synthese polymergebundener Antiphlogistika

Die kovalente Bindung der Antiphlogistika Mefenaminsaure, Flufenaminsaure und Indometacin an Eudragit® L 100 gelingt nach Derivatisierung mit einem N-tritylgeschutzten Aminoalkohol und anschliesender Abspaltung der Schutzgruppe. Die Fixierung der derivatisierten Arzneistoffe erfolgt mittels Carbonyldiimidazol. Die quantitative Bestimmung der Arzneistoffe am Polymer wird UV-spektroskopisch durchgefuhrt. Synthesis of polymerbound antiphlogistic drugs Covalent binding of the antiphlogistic drugs mefenamic acid, flufenamic acid and indometacin to Eudragit® L 100 was achieved after derivatizing these compounds with an N-trityl protected aminoalcohol followed by deprotection. Fixation of the derivatized drugs to the polymer-backbone is carried out with carbonyldiimidazol. The drugs bound to the polymer were determined quantitatively by UV-spectroscopy.
