Abstract
- A computer program ESOLAN has been developed for HPGe detector peak-efficiency calibration in various counting geometries. The program was written for use in personal computers(PCs). Experiments designate that the efficiency calibration, with the aid of this program, can be constructed with an overall uncertainty of about 3% or lower for gamma rays ranging from 80 KeV to 3 MeV.
