Abstract

The waterflooding power belongs to a large rotary equipment. The running state monitoring and fault detection can not only improve production efficiency but also reduce maintenance costs. The waterflooding power adopts the means of vibration and acoustic emission simultaneous detection, and respectively introduces the vibration and torque signal modulation factors corresponding to equipment torque, power and speed rate, and conducts the monitoring by using multi-information integration technology to modulate the operating state into audio signal. This method can effectively avoid signal changes caused by changes of normal operating mode, and ensure the accuracy of the obtained signals and effective identification of fault signals. In addition, its online status monitoring and analysis based on the virtual instrument technology has the intelligent knowledge base function that ensures the visual and accurate diagnosis result.
