Abstract
- An Er:fiber-based femtosecond laser employing nonlinear amplifier loop mirror (NALM)and nonlinear polarization evolution (NPE)mode-locking mechanisms is demonstrate. The hybrid laser combines advantages of good robustness of NALM and low noise feature of NPE.
