Abstract
- Authors investigate the relationship between the early expoeition to allergens and the atopic dimaaea developing a t a later time in asthmatic children. This investigation involves the evaluation of high number of 2×2 contingency tables. A system of conditions ie given for the etatiatid teet to decide on the hypothesee in order to be consequent. In addition to general description of the relationship, 8 special apphostion and operative interpretation of the Somer's measure of association are presented. Determination of similarity among the allergens with cluster analysis yields an interesting parallelism in the results. According to our results the development of specific allergen sensitivity can potentially be reduced in children to be born.
