Abstract

At present, in the application of Internet of things, a large number of collection terminals are used to perceive the environment, location services, status monitoring and other applications, and constantly upload data. While improving production and efficiency, it brings great challenges to remote server data collection and real-time processing. This paper uses intelligent agricultural robots as the carrier and takes them as data collection objects to study the data transmission scheme of the Internet of things, and realize the design of the data interaction platform. It mainly includes the design of data communication protocol based on MQTT, data communication and analysis, data compression and data storage. Through the secondary development of the payload part of MQTT message, and adding encryption transmission mechanism to ensure the security of the message. At the same time, the data compression is studied, and the optimized LZW compression algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of large information flow of long-time remote monitoring of physical terminal operation status. The server uses the combination of non relational database Redis and relational database MySQL to solve the problem of large amount of data concurrent reading and writing for a long time. The experimental results show that this scheme can complete the data analysis function well, including the status data pushed by the intelligent agricultural robot terminal to the information processing platform and the remote control instructions sent by the user. It can provide stable communication service for multi intelligent agricultural robots at the same time, and fully meet the current requirements of intelligent agricultural robot remote monitoring.
