Abstract
- SrTi 1− x Co x O 3−δ solid solutions ( 0.0 5 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.5 ) have been prepared by solid-state reaction at high temperature and the achievement of their synthesis was checked by high-resolution X-ray diffraction. Magnetic data were fitted to a Curie–Weiss law with the addition of a temperature independent paramagnetism term (TIP). The samples with x ⩾ 0.3 5 exhibit paramagnetic to antiferromagnetic transitions. The resistivity data show an unexpected dependence ln ( ρ ) ∼ T - 1 / 2 for all the measured temperature range.
