Abstract
- Radon-Fourier transform (RFT) realizes the long-time coherent integration to detect weak targets. However, because of discrete pulse sampling, finite range resolution, and limited integration time, the “blind-speed side lobes (BSSL)” of RFT may inevitably appear in real application. This paper proposes Random Carrier-Frequency Radon-Fourier transform (RCFRFT). It is a good solution for low SNR target detection and parameters estimation under Doppler ambiguity of long-range weak targets. Both theoretical analysis and simulation results show that RCF-RFT can be used to suppress BSSL of RFT. Also, it is shown that RCF-RFT significantly improves the detection and measurement ability of the radar.
