The legal mechanism of the functioning of the institution of guardianship and guardianship of minor children in the main legal systems: a comparative analysis

В данной работе изложена сущность действия института опеки и попечительства над несовершеннолетними детьми на примере Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼. Проведен сравнительно-правовой анализ института опеки и попечительства в Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼Ð°Ñ Ð½Ð° примере Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½, в том числе затронуты страны мусульманского и англо-саксонского права. Результатом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра являются предложения по решению Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼, Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð² Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼Ð°Ñ Ð² области функционирования института опеки и попечительства.
This work outlines the essence of the institution of guardianship and guardianship over minor children using the example of various legal systems. A comparative legal analysis of the institution of guardianship and trusteeship in different legal systems is carried out on the example of different countries, including the countries of Muslim and Anglo-Saxon law. The result of the re-search of the graduate qualification work of a bachelor is proposals for solving legal problems arising in the main legal systems in the field of the functioning of the institution of guardianship and trusteeship.
