Dialkylaminosubstituierte Phosphiniminophosphonium-Organofluorphosphate und Mono- bzw. Dichlorphosphazene / Dialkylamino Substituted Phosphine Iminophosphonium Organofluorophosphates and Mono- and Dichlorophosphazenes

The reaction of N-trimethylsilylphosphine imines, Me3SiN=PR1R2R3, and Me3SiN=P(R1R2)—N=PR1R2R3 (R1, R2, R3 = hydrocarbon or NR, groups) with the fluorophosphoranes PhPF4 and Ph2PF3 and with phosphorus trichloride has furnished phosphine iminophosphonium organofluorophosphates, involving the anions [PhPF5]- or [Ph2PF4]-, and mono- or dichlorophosphino diphosphazenes, respectively. The characterization of these compounds by 1H, 19F and 31P NMR spectroscopy is described.
