Abstract
- Solitary fibrous tumour is an uncommon spindle cell mesenchymal neoplasm of unpredictable behaviour. It is rarely found in the oral cavity. We describe a patient with solitary fibrous tumour in the left buccal mucosa. Characteristic histological and immunohistochemical features and treatment strategy are presented.
