Abstract: Background: Beta-blocker use is considered contraindicated in patients with cocaine-induced chest pain but the evidence base for this recommendation is scarce. We aimed at investigating the clinical outcomes in patients treated with beta blockers that presented with cocaine-induced chest pain.
