Abstract: The natural course of myocardial infarction (MI) leads to ischemic necrosis [(1)][1]. Experimental research indicates that hemorrhagic conversion of the myocardial necrotic area can increase the risk of serious complications of MI and may have a negative influence on its clinical course. After
