Abstract

The application of modern energy storage is the cornerstone of the development of energy Internet technology, and energy storage components play an important role. However, the use of lithium batteries as energy storage components is also facing application challenges, among which the impact caused by battery inconsistency is particularly critical. A forced equalization circuit is proposed in this paper, which can transfer energy from any battery to other batteries in the battery pack, thereby reducing the inconsistency of each energy storage unit and prolonging the life of the battery pack. The Nash equalization based on the complete information game strategy is used to optimize the control of the circuit. In theory, the low loss is achieved while fast equalization. Finally, the simulation model is built to verify the working principle and equalization strategy of the circuit. The results show that the control method using Nash equalization can effectively improve the circuit efficiency.
