Abstract
- A chemoenzymatic cascade system (GA&GOx@Au–SiO2) was fabricated by immobilizing Au nanoparticles onto silica (SiO2) followed by the co-immobilization of glucoamylase (GA) and glucose oxidase (GOx) for the production of gluconic acid from starch.
