A Small-Incision Technique for Suturing a Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lens

The authors present a technique of transscleral fixation of a posterior chamber intraocular tens modified to permit a small-incision approach by using a foldable silicone lens. This modification improved intraoperative globe stability and reduced operative time. This procedure also has the potential for expediting postoperative recovery and visual rehabilitation.
