This book, the work of 21 authors, is designed principally for the use of clinicians in dermatology and physicians in the primary care specialties. Initially, as I scanned through the table of contents and the outline of the book's 17 chapters, I was bothered by the paucity of topics that were authored by generally acknowledged experts.
