Abstract
- Radiative and non-radiative recombination processes of excitons in quantum dots of diluted magnetic semiconductors were studied in magnetic fields. The Cd1−xMnxSe quantum dots fabricated by the self-organized mode on ZnSe showed marked increases of the photoluminescence intensity and the decay time in the magnetic field. These phenomena are related to the magnetic field induced shrinkage of the exciton Bohr radius.
