Discussions about historicism in the horizon of classics, 'anti-', 'post-' and 'meta' history

The article analyzes the problem of historicism in the context of changing models of historical worldview: from classics to "anti-", "post-", "meta" history. The work uses the latest domestic and foreign sources, based on which the concept of "historicism" is considered as a concept traveler, passing into various sciences and changing over time. The meanings of the concept of "historicism" in classical, non-classical and post-non-classical science are clarified. This is how historicism is viewed in an interdisciplinary and historical context: in horizontal inter-scientific and vertical temporal connections. Classical historicism is analyzed in its two senses: in the broad sense – as a temporal connection of history and the temporal spatiality of individuality, in the narrow sense – as a tradition of German historiography of the early XX century. The development of historicism in a broad and narrow sense in various humanities is shown: as a general scientific principle of humanitarianism and as the basis of humanitarian hermeneutics. The essence of the crisis of historicism and the dialectical pair "historicism – anti-historicism" as a pair of "teleologism – relativism" are analyzed. The theoretical and institutional consequences of the crisis of historicism for the humanities are described. The specificity of historicism in posthistoric and metahistorical studies is shown: in the criticism of the modern historical worldview, in a new reading of history and active introduction to the arena of historical branches: new history (literature) and new history of psychology. The prospects of interdisciplinary contextualization of historicism for the humanities are substantiated. It is concluded that the study of historicism within the framework of the main configurations – classics, "anti-", "post" history, allows us to turn to the foundation of the humanities and their ways of working with their own history, as well as to re-evaluate the current discussions about the methodology of humanities.
Статья анализирует проблему историзма в контексте смены моделей исторического мировоззрения: от классики к «анти-», «пост-», «мета» истории. В работе используются новейшие отечественные и зарубежные источники, с опорой на которые концепт «историзм» рассматривается как концепт-путешественник, переходящий в различные науки и изменяющийся с течением времени. Уточняются смыслы понятия «историзм» в классической, неклассической и постнеклассической науке. Так историзм рассматривается в междисциплинарном и историческом контексте: в горизонтальных меж-научных и вертикальных временных связях. Классический историзм анализируется в двух его смыслах: в широком – как временная связь истории и временная пространственность индивидуальности, в узком – как традиция немецкой историографии начала XX в. Показывается развитие историзма в широком и узком смыслах в различных гуманитарных науках: как общенаучного принципа гуманитаристики и как основания гуманитарной герменевтики. Анализируются сущность кризиса историзма и диалектическая пара «историзм – антиисторизм» как пара «телеологизм – релятивизм». Описываются теоретические и институциональные последствия кризиса историзма для гуманитарных наук. Показана специфика историзма в постисторических и метаисторических исследованиях: в критике современного исторического мировоззрения, в новом прочтении истории и активном выводе на арену исторических отраслей: новой истории (литературы) и новой истории психологии. Обоснованы перспективы междисциплинарной контекстуализации историзма для гуманитарных наук. Сделан вывод о том, что исследование историзма в рамках основных конфигураций – классики, «анти-», «пост» истории, позволяет обратиться к фундаменту гуманитарных наук и их способам работы с собственной историей, а также по-новому оценить актуальные дискуссии о методологии гуманитаристики.
