- The 180° Raman scattering experiment has been performed in Bi4-xGdxTi3O12 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.28, and 0.36) and Bi4-xLaxTi3O12 (x = 0, 0.17, and 0.31) single crystals. The materials of x ≠ 0 are known to undergo successive phase transitions at TH and TL (
