Abstract
- The analysis of the obtained data revealed a large degree of polarization uniformity of the microscopic image of the optically anisotropic spatially ordered fibrillar network of the skeletal muscle at small geometric scales, which are formed by optically active chains of myosin molecules in comparison with large window scales of the MHAT function. This fact is indicated by the different “structures” of the distribution of the values of the wavelet coefficients \(W_{a,b} \left\{ {V\left( {x,y} \right)} \right\}\) and their different-scale anharmonic distributions \(C_{a,b}\). As can be seen, at the small size window of the wavelet function, a rather harmonious (with a small modulation depth) modulation of the amplitude of the wavelet-coefficients \(W_{a = \hbox{min} ,b}\) of the coordinate distribution of the values of the CDMP modulus of the points of the microscopic image is formed. The opposite picture—the formation of anharmonic distributions (with a large modulation depth) of the amplitude of the wavelet-coefficients \(W_{a = \hbox{max} ,b}\)—takes place for the large-scale MHAT window—a function that distinguishes the manifestations of linear birefringence of the fibrillar network.
