Abstract
- Angiotensin receptor-neprolysin inhibitors (ARNI) are treatment for HFrEF. Sacubitril/valsartan (S/V) has shown improved outcomes, but it is unclear what influence ARNI have on EF. We investigated changes in EF and global longitudinal strain (GLS) after therapy with S/V. Patients started on S/V
