Abstract
- A phase retrieval method from three interferograms based on normalized vector is proposed to achieve high accuracy and less time computation. It needn’t pre-filtering for the interferograms, which reduces its complexity and shortens the processing time. The difference maps are used to filter out the background intensity after compensating the fluctuation. Then, the normalized vector is used to obtain tested phase distribution with high precision. It is suitable for simple and complex fringes. Moreover, the phase can be correctly extracted when the fluctuation of background intensity and modulation amplitude is existed. The reliability of the algorithm is verified with simulated and experimental data.
