Reply: PET Prediction of Response to Trastuzumab in ErbB2-Positive Human Xenograft Model

REPLY: The work that we have recently described tested the feasibility of the use of Affibody molecules (Affibody AB) and PET to predict tumor response to ErbB2-targeted therapy. It is clear that additional studies will be needed to dissect the mechanistic events underlying the observed changes.
