Abstract: The changes in the oxy- and deoxygenated hemoglobins at different depths of skin tissue were obtained from the diffuse reflectance spectra in three wavelength ranges of the skin. The influence of the optical path length in the calculation on the results of the hemoglobin change was evaluated.
