Abstract
- The semiconductor biochip is advantageous of point-of-care without space or time constraints. To give the insight of interface design guide between a sensor device and a system level, we propose a gain-controllable amplifier readout (GcAR) circuit as module type considering the trade-offs between dynamic range (DR), linearity, and resolution. The proposed circuit can be effectively applied to the interface part of a sensor device and the AFE in the biosensor chip in terms of DR, resolution, and linearity regardless a sensor type.
