Specific heart muscle disease secondary to lymphosarcoma in a dog

This case report describes the clinical, imaging, clinical pathology and necropsy findings in a five-year-old male Border collie with low output cardiac failure. The heart was enlarged by infiltrative lymphosarcoma.
