Abstract
- AlN-Mg3N2 solid solutions are synthesized, and their electrical conductivity and ionic transference number are measured. In the range 500–1150°C, the conductivity of the solid solutions increases with Mg3N2 concentration. The ionic transference number is close to unity, and the ionic transport is mainly due to aluminum ions.
