Abstract
- Recently, Chen et al. proposed a certificateless aggregate signature scheme with efficient verification. They claimed that their scheme could resist attacks of Type I adversary and Type II adversary. Unfortunately, we present a universal attack to demonstrate that their scheme cannot provide unforgeability. The adversary in the proposed attack can forge a legal signature on any message without any users' secret information. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
