Emerging Technologies Supporting Knowledge Management for Innovation Management

This chapter explores the emerging technologies that have emerged in recent years and have a positive effect on productivity and innovation outputs, with the effect of 'knowledge management'. Digital technology has long seemed like a clear way to improve enterprise knowledge management. Today, knowledge management systems have become more effective, especially with the effect of ‘internet of things' and ‘artificial intelligence'.
