Abstract: Secondary tumours to radio- and/or chemotherapy have rarely been reported after treatment for head and neck cancers. We report a case of mandibular fibrosarcoma observed 7 years after chemoradiotherapy for undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma in a patient treated when 20 years old.
