Project of the development of the knowledge management process in the Management of new products and technologies (PJSC Severstal)

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Проект разработки процесса управления знаниями в Управлении новыми продуктами и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑÐ¼Ð¸ (ПАО Северсталь)». Данная работа рассматривает проблему разработки системы управления знаниями в Управлении новыми продуктами и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑÐ¼Ð¸, мероприятия внедрения системы и описывает возможность применения масштабирования проекта.Цель выпускной бакалаврской работы – сокращение Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶ÐµÐº в процессе реализации проектов УНПиТ не менее чем на 7% к концу мая 2022. Предметом исследования является процесс управления знаниями в ПАО Северсталь (в УНПиТ). Объектом исследования является ПАО Северсталь, Управление новыми продуктами и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑÐ¼Ð¸. Выводом работы является разработанный процесс управления знаниями и подробное описание комплекса мероприятий. Данная работа состоит из введения, Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÑ Ð³Ð»Ð°Ð², заключения с основными выводами по итогам исследования, списка использованной литературы и интернет-ресурсов и 4 приложений.
The topic of the final qualifying work: "Project of the development of the knowledge management process in the Management of new products and technologies (PJSC Severstal)". This paper examines the problem of developing a knowledge management system in the Management of new products and technologies, measures for the implementation of the system and describes the possibility of applying project scaling. The goal of the final bachelor's work is to reduce time costs in the process of implementing Management of new products and technologies projects by at least 7% by the end of May 2022. The subject of the study is the process of knowledge management at PJSC Severstal (Management of new products and technologies). The object of research is PJSC Severstal, Management of new products and technologies. The conclusion of the research is the developed knowledge management process and a detailed description of the set of measures. This paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion with the main conclusions based on the results of the study, a list of used literature and Internet resources and 4 appendices.
