This article examines the specifics of disciplinary responsibility in labor law. Based on the analysis of the current legislation and scientific publications, it was concluded that such problems are mainly caused by the imperfection of labor legislation. The fundamental documents in the study of the issue of responsibility for ignoring discipline were the articles of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
