- Тема вÑпÑÑкной квалиÑикаÑионной ÑабоÑÑ: «ÐÑÑледование влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑеÑмообÑабоÑки на ÑÑÑÑкÑÑÑно-ÑазовÑй ÑоÑÑав и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑеÑкие ÑвойÑÑва обÑазÑов из вÑÑокоÑнÑÑопийного Ñплава CoCrFeNiMnWÑ , полÑÑеннÑÑ ÑелекÑивнÑм лазеÑнÑм плавлением».Ð ÑабоÑе ÑаÑÑмаÑÑиваÑÑÑÑ ÑÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑеÑкого легиÑованиÑ, плазменной ÑÑеÑоидизаÑии, ÑелекÑивного лазеÑного Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ ÑеÑмиÑеÑкой обÑабоÑки. РазÑабоÑÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑÐµÐ¶Ð¸Ð¼Ñ ÑеÑмиÑеÑкой обÑабоÑки и иÑÑледован ÑÑÑÑкÑÑÑно-ÑазовÑй ÑоÑÑав и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑеÑкие ÑвойÑÑва.<br />Theme of qualification work: "Study of the effect of heat treatment on the structural-phase composition and mechanical properties of samples from the high-entropy alloy CoCrFeNiMnWX obtained by selective laser melting".The paper discusses the technologies of mechanical alloying, plasma spheroidization, selective laser melting and heat treatment. The alloys CoCrFeNiMn, CoCrFeNiMnW0.125, CoCrFeNiMnW0.25 were obtained by mechanical alloying and further spheroidization for use in additive manufacturing using selective laser melting technology. Studies of the structural and phase composition of samples after cultivation and tensile testing according to GOST 1497-84 have been carried out. Heat treatment modes have been developed.Tasks of the final qualification work:- synthesis of the CoCrFeNiMnWx alloy (where x= 0.125, x= 0.25 â mole fraction) by mechanical alloying and plasma spheroidization;- obtaining compact samples using additive SLM (Selective Laser Melting) technology;- investigation of the mechanical properties of the CoCrFeNiMnWx alloy obtained using SLM technology;- development of heat treatment modes to improve mechanical properties;- conducting a comparative analysis of the effect of the heat treatment modes of the CoCrFeNiMnWx alloy system on the structural and phase composition and mechanical properties.When analyzing modern scientific and technical papers, it was found that this alloy system has high strength characteristics at cryogenic temperature and is competitive for domestic steels of northern purpose, as well as promising for use in additive manufacturing.To select the heat treatment modes, a state diagram of a high-entropy CoCrFeNiMn alloy was predicted depending on the mass concentration of W. The modes of heat treatment have been developed and the structural-phase composition and mechanical properties have been studied.
