Perceptual load and emotion processing in schizophenia and bipolar disorder

This project will contain two studies on the effects of perceptual load in emotion processing in clinical samples. ### STUDY 1 ### In this study, we investigated exogenous attentional to facial expressions in schizophrenia-spectrum disorders by means of perceptual load. This folder includes anonymized data and R scripts. This data and analysis refer to the corrected version of a 2017 paper that was retracted due to an error discovered and reported by the authors (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.psychres.2021.114077). ### STUDY 2 ### In this study, the same task was applied to people with bipolar disorder. The folder concerning this study is not yet uploaded, but will also include anonymized data and R script.
