Abstract
- Approximately 10% of acute aortic dissections are painless secondary to a more gradual progression. Neurological symptoms often occur in Type A dissections secondary to cerebral hypoperfusion or occlusion of carotid, vertebral, or spinal arteries. A 62 year old male with past medical history of HIV
