Abstract
- Genetic algorithm is a kind of random searching algorithm which utilizes natural selection and natural heritage mechanism. The main character of it is a strategy of group searching and information exchange among the individuals of a group, the search does not depend on gradient information. Combining the genetic algorithm with the neural network intelligent technology, utilizing neural network model and regarding genetic algorithm as weight evolutionary algorithm for GPS height conversion, this paper puts forward the basic ideas and realizing process. With the explanation of an example, the results shows that the algorithm used to convert the GPS height has better precision and certain practical value.
