Abstract

The article discusses the prospects of using the online format for additional professional education of specialists in the sphere of trade. The research presented in the article analyzes statistical data on the development of additional education and the use of digital technologies to expand the opportunities for trade specialists to master a wide range of professional competencies. The authors explore the potential of digital technologies in professional additional education of trade specialists. Official statistical databases, used for conclusions, are drawn about the most promising areas of additional professional education for specialists of commercial enterprises. The sociological research of additional professional education courses and statistical data of the official state statistical service of the Russian Federation allowed us to describe the main directions of development of digital technologies in the field of additional professional education of specialists of commercial enterprises. Development of modern professional competencies, skills and knowledge of trade specialists with the use of remote technologies involves the study of the latest technologies and scientific developments in the framework of additional professional education, which allow students to master the high standard of modern trading. The development of scientific approaches within the framework of the professional development program will allow students to test their skills and knowledge in the educational process
