The development of test system for histamine detection in saliva

Данная работа посвящена разработке тест-системы на основе Ð¼Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ„Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² для определения гистамина в слюне, с помощью которой будет возможно выявление заболеваний пародонта у человека. В результате работы печатные электроды были модифицированы соединениями меди и пленкой Нафиона. Выявлены оптимальные условия Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ и транспортировки проб слюны для анализа. Проведена проверка работы тест-системы на Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ†Ð°Ñ ÑÐ»ÑŽÐ½Ñ‹ пациентов стоматологического кабинета. Проведено сопоставление выявленной с помощью тест-системы концентрации гистамина в слюне пациентов и Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¸Ð°Ð³Ð½Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð². Установлено, что концентрация гистамина в слюне пациентов с заболеваниями пародонта выше, чем у пациентов без Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐ²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹. Результаты позволяют убедиться в дальнейшей возможности использования разработанной тест-системы для диагностики заболеваний пародонта у пациентов стоматологического кабинета. This work is devoted to the development of the test system for histsmine detection in saliva, with the help of which it will be possible to detect human periodontal diseases. As a result of the work, screen-printed electrodes were modified with the copper compound and Nafion film. The optimal conditions for storage and transportation of saliva samples for analysis were identified. The test system was tested on saliva samples from patients of the dental office. A comparison of histamine concentration revealed using a test system in the saliva of patients and of their diagnoses was carried out. It was found that the concentration of histamine in the saliva of patients with periodontal diseases is higher than in patients without similar diseases. The results make it possible to verify the further possibility of using the developed test system for the diagnosis of periodontal diseases in patients of the dental office.
