Abstract

Some properties of the flux-line lattice in conventional and high-Tc supperconductors are reviewed, with particular stress on phenomenological theories, magnetization curves, vortex lattice in films, nonlocal elasticity, phase diagram of vortex arrangements, vortex dynamics, and geometry effects.
