Abstract
- Magneto-acoustic-electrical tomography (MAET) is a new Electrical Impedance tomography technology, which combines traditional Electrical impedance tomography and Ultrasound Imaging, can provide high-spatial-resolution information. This paper firstly introduce the fundamental principle and theoretical basis based on Magneto-acoustic-electrical effect, then the simple experiment system is set up and the experimental process of Magneto-acoustic tomography is expounded. The experimental results show that MAET detection technique has the potential to allow the electrical conductivity of imaging volume to be determined using ultrasound.
