Triplon condensation of spin-gapped chain Pb2V3O9

Abstract
- We found the field-induced magnetic ordering for a quasi-one-dimensional alternating spin chain compound Pb2V3O9, which can be understood by Bose–Einstein condensation of triplons. In this paper, we present the temperature-field magnetic phase diagram, which is drawn from magnetic susceptibility, high field magnetization and 51V NMR measurements.
