Some features of the Vienna Basin oil structures resolved by integrating 3D gravity visualization and seismic data

The revival of the use of gravity data in oil prospection results in more reliable interpretation of seismic data in complex geologic environment. Three and four dimensional visualisation of high resolution gravity data enables correlation of anomalous features that remained unresolved in contour plots (see fig. 2).
