Abstract
- Frequently we hear and read that drinking water will be the most scarce resource in the coming years, and that, unlike oil, have no substitutes, therefore, whoever controls it will be controlling the universal economy and the life on the planet in the near future. It is also known that 3 percent of the earth’s drinking water is found on the planet surface. The rest is below it and it has been stored there for more than 10,000 years.
