Abstract
- This project aims to assess the relative performance of various methods used for estimation of the size and prevalence of hidden (hard-to-reach) populations. We develop and describe the Bayesian model for the meta-analyses of the relative performance of methods. We describe the quantities of interest (inquiries) we can estimate both at the individual study level as well as at the meta-analysis level. Finally, we describe the “answer” strategies, i.e. how we estimate each quantity of interest both at the individual study level as well as at the meta-analysis level
