Abstract
- A TE CO 2 infrared emission apparatus with a half cavity is described . Via grating-tune the emissions p(12)–p(28), 00°1–10°0 of CO 2 are obtained for gas mixtures of 15%CO 2 :20% N 2 :65%He and 20%CO 2 :15%N 2 :65%He at a total pressure of 60 kPa ; the output energy and pulse width are 20– 850 mJ and 60– 70 ns , respectively.
